This B2B online store by Anna Maria Vasilaki is addressed exclusively to professionals and businesses. By using this site, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility

Access is allowed only to legal entities or individuals with professional tax information (VAT ID, business license, etc.).

  1. Registration – Approval

Access to pricing and ordering requires registration and approval. We reserve the right to decline access without obligation to explain.

  1. Orders – Production

All products are made-to-order in our jewelry workshop. Lead times vary depending on order size and type.

  1. Prices – Discounts

All prices are wholesale, excluding VAT, and visible only to approved users. Additional discounts may apply based on quantity or partnership.

  1. Payments

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card (where supported), or cash on delivery (within Greece, upon agreement). Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

  1. Shipping

Shipping is handled by courier or freight services. Costs are borne by the Partner unless agreed otherwise.

  1. Returns – Cancellations

Returns are accepted only for defective items within 5 business days. Cancellations are possible only before production starts.

  1. Intellectual Property

All designs are copyrighted. Reproduction or imitation is prohibited without written consent.

  1. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms without notice. Please check this page regularly for updates.

  1. Governing Law

All transactions are governed by Greek law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of our business jurisdiction.

  1. International Cooperation
  • Taxation: Partners within the EU are invoiced VAT-free with a valid VAT number.
  • Payment: Advance payment via bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT) only.
  • Shipping: Shipping costs, duties, and customs are borne by the buyer.
  • Language: Communication and invoicing in English unless otherwise requested.
